As codes go it’s not that difficult. ISR is short for International Super Randonneur and the 1200 relates to rides 1,200 km or longer.
At the time of writing there are 270 entries from around the world on the ‘Honor Roll‘ of Les Randonneurs Mondiaux (the world governing body of audaxes over 1,200km). I’m lucky enough to have two of them. My first entry was no. 180. Entry 254 has recently been added in recognition of becomning an ASR 1200. Four audaxes of 1,200km or more in four different countries.
My qualifying rides were:
- 🇬🇧 London Edinburgh London (2022) 1,540 km
- 🇫🇷 Paris Brest Paris (2023) 1,200 km
- 🇮🇹 TransAlp Rando (2023) 1,200 km
- 🇩🇰 Slagelse Sløjfe (2024) 1,300 km

The next step up is ASR 1,200 2C, 3C or 4C representing different continents. I’ve no plans at the moment to have a go for one of those … but you never know.
Ben fatto Colin e Salvatore, prestazioni e risultati incredibili! 🎩🏆🎉
